Brigid Collins Family Support Center in partnership with the Whatcom County Children's Advocacy Center and the Skagit County Children's Advocacy Center just released their workbook entitled "Identification, Investigation, and Prosecution of Child Abuse Involving Children with Special Health Care Needs: A Workbook for Community Improvement"!
