Designed to meet the needs of busy parents, Brigid Collins offers affordable, customizable parent coaching and support. Both one-on-one coaching (with a free initial consultation!) and group seminars are available.
Parent Child Interaction Therapy
Radically different from sitting in a classroom and reading a book or discussing a topic, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a proven treatment for children struggling with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and other behavioral issues.
Parenting the First, Second & Third Years Newsletters
Full of practical advice, real-life examples and easy-to-understand knowledge, Parenting the First, Second & Third Year newsletters are an invaluable resource for new parents. Arriving monthly for the first year (and quarterly through the age of three), these newsletters provide the support and knowledge new families need.

Growing Together / PCAP (Parent-Child Assistance Program)
For pregnant and parenting mothers struggling with chemical dependency, the first few years of their child’s life come with incredible motivation for a sober life as well as some of the greatest stressors they’ll encounter. Comprised of intensive case management, individual and group therapy, acupuncture and more, Growing Together/PCAP is a state-recognized “Promising Practice” in ensuring healthy babies have healthy moms.
Parents as Teachers (PAT)
Parents As Teachers is a home-visiting program focused on ensuring healthy babies, increasing parenting resources and improving school readiness. Serving low-income families who have a child age 0 to 5, Parents as Teachers is a free service available for both English and Spanish speaking residents of Skagit County.
