Family Support Services
With a variety of programs, our vision is a community that nurtures all children, and that starts with strong and healthy families. All our case management services are free and voluntary and are offered to biological relative and foster caregivers. Some of our family support services include:
Case Management: a trained family support professional serves as an advocate and guide for families navigating a crisis or the after effects of trauma.
On-call services: Case managers are available M-F from 10-2pm to answer your call and walk you through the options, no matter what your concern might be.
One of our core values is the removal of barriers when it comes to service. We aim to provide a multitude of optional services, programs and training opportunities that are adaptable to each families unique needs.
