Stewards of Children Training

Child sexual abuse affects more than just children and their families – it affects entire communities.

To empower adults and protect children, Brigid Collins proudly partners with Darkness to Light to provide the nationally recognized Stewards of Children training.

This revolutionary program educates adults to recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. It is the only child abuse prevention program shown to increase awareness of child sexual abuse, improve attitudes about adult responsibility and increase protective behaviors.

Upcoming Trainings

We are excited to host multiple in-person Stewards of Children classes at our Whatcom Building (1231 N. Garden St, Bellingham, WA, 98225) throughout the year! The event costs $16 to cover your work booklet and no childcare will be provided.

Being Web-Wise: Screens & Tweens Training

Parents and Caregivers of children ages 8-11 (or soon to be) will gain insights into the digital world they’re growing up in and learn how to keep them safe online through this FREE prevention training, brought to you in partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
