Parents as Teachers (PAT)

Parents as Teachers (PAT) serves low-income families who have a child age 0 to 5. It is available for both English and Spanish speaking residents of Skagit County.

PAT is a FREE home visiting program focused on providing parent education, family support and developmental activities to families who have a child age 0 to 5. The program fosters strong, loving relationships between parents and their children, provides opportunities to connect with other parents and prepares children for kindergarten.
