Parents Helping Parents Support Groups
Parenting is the hardest job we may ever have. It helps to have other parents to talk things over with and to find new ways to handle family situations.

Parents Helping Parents is a self-help family support and education group, aided by a trained facilitator. The program increases self-esteem and social interaction skills, and any information shared by members is confidential. Formerly Parents Anonymous.

Weekly drop-in discussion groups are free, fun and informative:
* Refreshments provided
* No pre-registration required
* Trained facilitators
* All sessions are confidential
* Child care program included
